The PointA Process
The first step in any relationship is the “getting to know you” phase. We want to get to know your team, and we bet you want to learn more about ours! During the discovery phase of our relationship, we’ll learn more about your business and business goals. We’ll use this information to develop a plan to take your business from PointA to point B.
Once we’ve identified your organization’s needs, we’ll formulate a plan that helps us deliver ROI based on your goals. We know that your time is a resource in limited supply, and we strive to be efficient with it. We’ll provide a detailed schedule of project check-ins and approval dates based on the scope of the project.
Handing you a website or project deliverable doesn’t help if you don’t have the time to implement or manage the product provided. We will work with you to bridge the gap between content or product approval and implementation – whether that means we take on the implementation ourselves or provide a post-launch implementation check.
Our team is here when you need us, ready to support our work at any time. From turning campaigns on or off to updating your store hours – whatever you need, we can do it. Our team will work with you to establish a plan for ongoing maintenance and support. And since most of our services don’t require long-term contracts, we can be very flexible with the level of support you desire.
